Berry Adventure Camp for Boys

Cook Farm Horse Camp  *new dates added*

If you are looking for an awesome summer activity for your child, sign him/her up for camp at the Cook Farm today!
The campers will be riding horses, swimming, learning about other farm animals, playing pe type games, & doing arts/crafts.
Camp is $200/child or $150/child if you have multiple children. A $50 deposit is due to hold your child’s spot and the remaining balance is due the 1st day of camp. Contact for more information 678-988-1701. Camp is located at 83 Runyon loop in Cedartown.

Delightascope Camp

A 35-year-old tradition here in Rome and Floyd County, Camp Delightascope is a half-day summer camp experience designed specifically for the unique needs and interests of children ages 3-7.

Maker Challenge Camp

There will be TWO concurrent camp sessions during the week. Engineering Challenges will be focused mainly on building robots and programming with Lego EV3 and Arduino (C++), while Maker Creations will involve creative activities related to physical science, mobile technology, mechanical engineering, and art. Every skill level, ranging from beginner to super geek, can participate in either of the two sessions.

Nature nuts

Get ready to explore local ecosystems, discover exciting wildlife, practice environmental science in the laboratory, and create artwork with nature. After spending our mornings in the field, we will head inside for fun STEAM activities in the laboratory and visits from wildlife experts. A day-long paddling trip on Big Cedar Creek is planned (an alternative trip will be offered if water conditions are not ideal).

ampers will participate in wizarding classes including wand making, potions, herbology, magical creatures, defense againstthe dark arts, divinations, and transfigurations. They will play wizarding games of quidditch, whomping willows and more. They may even get to try some wizard treats.

Designed especially for the younger child. Your child will enjoy a full day of adventure at the YMCA.  Swim lessons in the YMCA pool include water safety & the basics of swimming. Other activities include arts & crafts, supervised play time, & field trips.

YMCA Camp Bryant is the home for campers during the day. Includes pavilion, restroom building, an archery range, playing fields, and nature trails. We also have daily free swim in the YMCA pool.

These Jesus encounters will happen through snapshots we take in the scripture. At the end of the week we will have some amazing snapshots which reveal Jesus Christ is the Messiah, the Son of God, and by believing we can have life in His name.

Get ready for a wild week of safari fun at Trinity United Methodist Church’s Vacation Bible School starting Monday, June 17th – Thursday, June 20th from 5:30 – 8:00 pm. Kids are invited to evenings full of fun games, Bible stories, and songs led by trained volunteers! VBS participants can enjoy a free, kid-friendly dinner beginning at 5:30 pm and will receive a VBS CD with songs from the week.
