Kids (ages 8+) and adults alike will enjoy a celebration of creativity, animation, and exaggeration at the Big Fibbers Storytelling Festival. Storytelling is the first form of creative writing for children, so why not cultivate it?
Saturday from 2-4pm Selected students who participated in the Debby Brown YoungTales clubs show their stuff and compete for best teller. This event is free (donations accepted).
The festival lasts all weekend, and older children are encouraged to attend. Prices vary for different events, or attend the entire festival for $25 in advance or $35 at the door (does not include the workshop, which is $25).
